In life you're constantly auditioning. Whether it's on a first date, or the first time you're meeting a new group of people, or even when you're just going to buy a chicken sandwich at a restaurant, we're always trying to put some foot forward.
Some auditions are easier to pass than others. But for instance when you're going on a first date, and if that first date turns into a full blow relationship, in the beginning everything's great, everything's fabulous. But then after a while, you get to learn what a person's really about. Your own personal BS starts to come out and that best version of yourself you pretended to be when you first started dating quickly fades.
And there's no better example of the "real you" coming out than when you start a new job.
And twitter's hilariously showing the dichotomy between what people are like on their job interviews and what they're like right after.

"So what are some of your passions?"
"Overthrowing the bourgeo...uh, I mean, having my labor exploited for profit!"
Employers beware.
